x111d Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

1 Introduction

Welcome to x111d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and x111d ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") when you access or use any part of the x111d website at x111d.pro or the x111d mobile application.

By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet or wager on the x111d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all activities on x111d including sports betting, slot games, live casino, crash games, bonus claims, VIP participation and any other products or services available on the platform now or in the future.

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Account Responsibilities

x111d accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, trade or give your account to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate suspension of the account and any outstanding balance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the x111d platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, bank cards and other supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is shown on the banking screen at the time of transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed clearly at the point of selection for each payment method. x111d does not charge platform fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with JazzCash or Easypaisa directly if you are uncertain.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. x111d may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal — this is a standard fraud prevention measure and not a reflection on any individual player. Providing accurate information during registration makes this process much faster.

• Withdrawals requested during standard processing hours are typically handled within the timeframes shown in your account's banking section.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is under a security review or if bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met.
• x111d reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method being used for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

x111d offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins and VIP rewards. Each bonus has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds for sports bets, and expiry periods — which are stated clearly on the promotion page at the time the offer is made.

General bonus rules that apply across all x111d promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is a violation of these Terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• x111d reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer if it is claimed in a manner that the platform considers to be abusive, exploitative or in bad faith.
• Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

General betting and gaming rules:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. x111d does not accept requests to cancel a bet that has been placed and confirmed, except in circumstances where a market is voided by x111d at our discretion.
• x111d reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, where the odds were clearly incorrect, or where the result of an event was already known at the time the bet was placed.

7 VIP Programme

The x111d VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progress through the tiers is based on points earned from real-money wagers across all sections of the platform — sports betting, slots, live casino and crash games all contribute equally to your points total.

Tier upgrades happen automatically when your points total reaches the threshold for the next tier. Benefits at each tier — including withdrawal speed, deposit limits, bonus access and support priority — are displayed in the VIP section of the platform. x111d reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefits or the structure of the VIP programme with reasonable notice.

VIP points and tier status are linked to a single account and cannot be transferred. VIP status may be reviewed and adjusted downward if account activity falls significantly below the level required to maintain a given tier over a prolonged period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x111d platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any other method to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches or pricing mistakes in bad faith rather than reporting them to support.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds that originate from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or during any subsequent verification request.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

x111d reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, is subject to a fraud investigation, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, x111d will endeavour to communicate the reason and expected timeline to you via the contact details on your account. Where a suspension results in a finding of no violation, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact support through the platform help section. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after any applicable verification steps are completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out on account closure.

10 Responsible Gaming
